Delivery and Returns

Delivery: 

Mainland UK Delivery

We are trialing the reuse of shipping boxes to be more environmentally friendly - We proudly reuse shipping materials when we can to help cut down on waste and to bring you the lowest possible prices! if you would not like to have it shipped in recycled material please check the 'gift' Box at checkout and we will pack it in new boxes.

If you live inside mainland UK, depending on what you order, your order will be delivered with either DPD or Royal Mail (excludes very large pieces).

  • Larger orders will be sent with an alternate carrier whilst smaller and lighter parcels are sent via Royal Mail

  • All of our orders are tracked until they reach you

  • Delivery times can vary, however we aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days from the day the order is fulfilled.

  • During busy periods, such as Christmas, our delivery times may take a little longer

International Delivery

 We now offer delivery to all of Europe, the delivery cost will be calculated at checkout depending on the country. For delivery to the rest of the world please email us with your order requirements and our team will get back to you with a quotation

Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges

Please contact us within: 3 days of delivery with your name and order number and we will be happy to assist you.

Items must be returned within: 14 days of delivery
 

We do not accept cancellations, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

 

Unfortunately due to the nature of some items they cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or defective,
 

Items that we cannot accept returns for are as follows:

Custom or personalised orders
Digital downloads
Items on sale

 

Conditions of return

 

If a return has been agreed, buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, and unused, then the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Please obtain proof of postage.
